Real estate costs less, gas is almost 60 cents a gallon cheaper, and property taxes are low. The Tennessee economy doesn't seem to be doing too badly in spite of the lower taxes either... Oh, and to nip the inevitable in the bud, before anyone comments and asks "why don’t I just move to Tennessee", I’m actually considering doing just that.
