Too many miss this point today.&#160; What it means is that the USA is not going to be a caliphate, nor a Talibanist state.&#160; Government cannot dictate religious rules by which all citizens must abide.&#160; At the same time, government is not to restrict the right of anybody to freely promote their religious views.</description>
