Sensible Israelis should pack. And while Exxon continued to stonewall on paying off on the Valdez cleanup. We can expect similar profit reports from the rest of the oil industry, which, like BP, is unwilling to even maintain their own investments, waiting instad for them to break down before beginning even the simplest of repairs...   Of course, when they break down, speculators drive the prices and profits still higher...   Unless you are a major stockholder or a speculator, you deserve a Darwin award if you aren't on Hillary's side. I think she stops far short of where she should. The oil companies should be required to reinvest in their US holdings and any monies left over should be expropriated 100% and invested in government owned nuclear power.
