The thing caught up a bunch more illegal aliens. Don't you just hate when that happens? 761 new arrests. Nope, you can't deport 20 million illegals - at least, not all at once. Just a few hundred at a time…that works. Let's give them something to think about.

Let me begin w/ what I posted on the Daily's website:
BRAVO! You did the right thing, the right way. Moreover, you have dignity and decency and honor. Thanks for doing the right thing.

On Thursday, Jan. 18, The Daily published a story by Shayla Miles under the headline “Rossi reflects on politics.” While the article appeared well-balanced and fairly written, subsequent comments the author posted to an online blog site brought to our attention that her intent in submitting the article stemmed at least in part from her own political bias, and not from the journalistic goal of objectivity.

OLYMPIA — Gov. Christine Gregoire this morning left the door open to replacing the Alaskan Way Viaduct with a tunnel.
Without committing herself to a course of action, the governor said she wants to hear what voters say in a March 13 election in Seattle on the viaduct.
“There is no question that the next big issue is what do the voters say,” Gregoire said at a news conference today.
The Seattle City Council voted 6-3 Friday to put two questions on an advisory ballot. One asks voters if they prefer to replace the viaduct with a $2.8 billion elevated highway; the other asks if they want to replace the viaduct with a $3.4 billion tunnel.
