It’s snowing in Seattle

A rant: 

Why must people drive stupid at the sight of snow?

I recognize accidents.  They happen.  

I am talking about deliberate, bone brained, oink headed, donkey's rear end style Darwinian "not gonna survive the next evolutionary cut"  stupid?
